About Jim Stepanian

With 17 years of experience in corporate management, Jim Stepanian currently serves as founder and President of Summerlin Asset Management, LLC (SAM) in Southern California. In his role at SAM, Mr. Stepanian works with investors to help them acquire significantly reduced first trust deeds and mortgages.

Together with his team, he balances wise investment strategies with avoiding foreclosure where possible, making use of “cash for key” offers and deeds in lieu of taking measures towards foreclosure. As President, Jim Stepanian divides his time between work as a loan manager and as a negotiator, acquiring distressed mortgages and deeds.
